@WSJ importantly hungry. Blackberry got lazy and thought they were the king but someone hungrier than them came and knocked them off their comfortable perch. Then they did the worse than you can do when you are falling behind. They insulted their loyal customer base by producing garbage. Inferior phones that insulted the intelligence of their loyal base and lost them forever while Apple and Samsung kept pushing one another to become better and more innovative. I know I’ll never go back to Blackberry. My friends in the business world all feel the same too. Especially now we can sync our phones to our laptops, tablets, watches. It’s either you grow and change or the smart consumers will make sure you don’t succeed. You can’t underestimate the intelligence of your customer anymore. Or youJ end up on the losing end. I loved my Blackberry when I had it but now it seems so obsolete. So outdated.
newest technology. You can’t think you have ever made it and sit back and become lazy. You have to always stay humble and more
This is old news but it definitely has a lesson that everyone can learn. You need to adapt to your surroundings and keep up with the technology.
